The Multifamily Properties segment includes rental of apartments and other tenant services, including parking and storage space rental. It owns office buildings and multifamily properties. Its properties are located in nine premier Los Angeles County submarkets-Brentwood, Olympic Corridor, Century City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Sherman Oaks/Encino, Warner Center/Woodland Hills and Burbank-as well as in Honolulu, Hawaii.
