The company operates its business through three segments: Service Centers, Supply Chain Services and Innovative Pumping Solutions. The Service Centers segment engaged in providing MRO products, equipment and integrated services, including technical expertise and logistics capabilities, to industrial customers with the ability to provide same day delivery. The Supply Chain Services segment manages all or part of its customers' supply chains including procurement and inventory management. This segment provides a fully outsourced MRO solution including: inventory optimization and management, store room management, transaction consolidation and control, vendor oversight and procurement cost optimization, productivity improvement services, and customized reporting. The Innovative Pumping Solutions segment provides fabrication and technical design to meet the capital equipment needs of ITS global customer base. DXP Enterprises was founded on July 26, 1996 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
