The company is also developing GB002, an orally inhaled, small molecule, selective platelet-derived growth factor receptor kinase inhibitor in Phase Ib clinical trial for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension; GB004, a novel, gut-targeted, oral small molecule in Phase Ib clinical trial for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease; and GB1275, an oral, small molecule, CD11b modulator in Phase 1/2 clinical trial for the treatment of selected solid tumor types. It has license agreements with Pulmokine, Inc. to develop and commercialize GB002 and certain backup compounds; and Aerpio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to develop and commercialize GB004 and related compounds.
