Graphic Packaging Holding Co. provides packaging solutions for a wide variety of products to food, beverage and other consumer products companies. It also produces folding cartons, kraft paperboard, coated-recycled boxboard and multi-wall bags. The company operates its business through two segments: Paperboard Packaging and Flexible Packaging. The Paperboard Packaging segment supplies paperboard cartons and carriers designed to protect products. It provides a wide range of paperboard packaging solutions for beverage; food, including cereal, desserts, frozen, refrigerated and microwavable foods and pet foods; prepared foods, including snacks, quick-serve foods for restaurants and food service products and household products, including dishwasher and laundry detergent, health care and beauty aids and tissues and papers. The Flexible Packaging segment includes multi-wall bags, plastics and labels. Its products include multi-wall bags, shingle wrap, plastic bags and film for building materials retort pouches, medical test kits, batch inclusion bags and film. This segment operates label plants which produce labels for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive, household and industrial products, detergents and the health and beauty markets. Graphic Packaging Holding was founded on June 21, 2007 and is headquartered in Marietta, GA.
