The company provides its services to national oil and gas companies, major integrated energy companies and independent oil and natural gas operators. It provides various services, which include oil and gas exploration and development drilling, well service, platform inspection, maintenance and decommissioning operations in several shallow-water provinces around the world. The company operates through the following business segments: Domestic Offshore, International Offshore and International Liftboats. The Domestic Offshore segment includes jackup rigs and submersible rigs in the United States Gulf of Mexico that can drill in maximum water depths. The International Offshore segment includes jackup rigs and platform rig outside of the United States Gulf of Mexico. The International Liftboats segment includes liftboats operating offshore. The company was founded in July 2004 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
