LSI Industries, Inc. provides corporate visual image solutions through the combination of digital and screen graphics capabilities, a variety of indoor and outdoor lighting products, lighting control systems, and related professional services. It also provides digital solid-state light emitting diode video screens and LED specialty lighting to markets or industries as sports stadiums and arenas, digital billboards, and entertainment. The company designs and develops all aspects of the solid-state LED video screens and lighting, from the electronic circuit board, to the software to drive and control the LEDs, to the structure of the LED product. It operates its business through four segments: Lighting, Graphics, Electronic Components and All Other Category. The Lighting segment manufactures and markets outdoor and indoor lighting for the commercial, industrial and multi-site retail markets, including the petroleum / convenience store market. The Graphics segment manufactures and sells exterior and interior visual image elements related to graphics. These products are used in graphics displays and visual image programs in several markets, including the petroleum / convenience store market and multi-site retail operations. The major products and services offered within this segment include signage and canopy graphics, pump dispenser graphics, building fascia graphics, decals, interior signage and marketing graphics, aisle markers, wall mural graphics, fleet graphics, prototype program graphics, and ins1tallation services for graphics products. The Electronic Components segment designs, engineers and manufactures custom designed electronic circuit boards, assemblies and sub-assemblies used in various applications including the control of solid-state LED lighting. The All Other Category segment offers services design, production, and support of large format video screens using LED technology; interior menu board systems primarily for the quick service restaurant market; and surveying, permitting and installation management services related to products of the Graphics segment. LSI Industries was founded by Robert J Ready, James P. Sferra and Donald E Whipple in 1976 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, OH.
