The Advertising segment develops, produces, sells and distributes several versions of a branded pre-feature entertainment and advertising program called First Look on theatre screens and advertising programming on lobby entertainment network. The Fathom Events and Other segment produces, markets and distributes entertainment programming through the Fathom Consumer division and multi-site corporate communication and marketing events through the Fathom Business division to theatres across its DCN and DBN. Its Fathom division facilitates business meetings and church services in individual movie theatres throughout its theatre network. The company was founded on October 5, 2006 and is headquartered in Centennial, CO.
