NGL Energy Partners LP focuses on water services, crude oil logistics, NGL logistics and retail businesses. It provides solutions for upstream companies, such as marketing crude oil, marketing natural gas liquids, treating produced and flow back water disposal or recycling. The company operates its business through following segments: crude Oil Logistics, Water Solutions, Natural Gas Liquids Logistics, Refined Products/Renewables and Retail Propane. The Crude Oil Logistics segment sells crude oil and provides crude oil transportation services to wholesalers, refiners, and producers. The Water Solutions segment engages in gathering, transportation, treatment, and disposal of wastewater generated from crude oil and natural gas production operations, and from the sale of recycled water and recovered hydrocarbons. The Natural Gas Liquids Logistics segment provides natural gas liquids procurement, storage, transportation, and supply services to customers. The Refined Products/ Renewables segment markets business purchases gasoline and diesel fuel and renewables business, including ethanol marketing and biodiesel marketing businesses, purchases ethanol. The Retail Propane segment consists of the retail marketing, sale and distribution of propane and distillates, including the sale and lease of propane tanks, equipment and supplies to residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial customers. NGL Energy Partners was founded on September 8, 2010 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
