NN, Inc. manufacturers and supplies high precision metal bearing components, industrial plastic and rubber products and precision metal components to a variety of markets on a global basis, including the automotive industry, original equipment manufacturers, HVAC, heavy equipment and many other markets. It operates in three segments: Metal Bearing Components, Plastic and Rubber Components, and Precision Metal Components. The Metal Bearing Components segment includes the U.S. Ball and Roller division, NN Europe and NN Asia. The U.S. Ball & Roller Division supplies precision steel balls and cylindrical rollers for various applications including bearings, automotive parts, hydraulic motors, oil drilling and mining. NN Europe provides precision steel balls, tapered rollers and stamped steel components for various applications includes bearings and automotive parts. NN Europe includes a total of three manufacturing facilities within the European Union. NN Asia offers precision steel balls to customers throughout Asia. The Plastic & Rubber Components segment includes Industrial Molding and Delta Rubber Company. Industrial Molding Corporation provides precision injection molded plastic parts for bearings, the automotive industry and a variety of other applications. Delta Rubber Company supplies rubber sealing solutions for bearings, oil drilling and other industries. The Precision Metal Components segment is comprised of the two manufacturing facilities of Whirlaway Corporation supplies high-precision metal components, including fluid control components and assemblies, shafts and other precision metal parts manufactured at two plants in Ohio. The company was founded in October 1980 and is headquartered in Johnson City, TN.
