Stoneridge, Inc. designs and manufactures engineered electrical and electronic components, modules and systems for the commercial vehicle, automotive, agricultural and off-highway vehicle markets. The company operates through four segments: Electronics, Wiring, Control Devices and PST. The Electronic segment designs and manufactures electronic instrument clusters, electronic control units, driver information systems and electrical distribution systems. This segment also assembles entire instrument panels for the medium-and heavy-duty truck markets that are configured specifically to the OEM customer's specifications. The Wiring segment produces electrical power and signal distribution systems, primarily wiring harnesses and connectors and instrument panel assemblies. The Control Devices segment designs and manufactures products that monitor measure or activate specific functions within a vehicle. It also designs and manufactures electromechanical actuator products that enable OEMs to deploy power functions in a vehicle and can be designed to integrate switching and control functions. The PST segment specializes in the design, manufacture and sale of electronic vehicle security alarms, convenience accessories, vehicle tracking devices and monitoring services and in-vehicle audio and video devices primarily for the automotive and motorcycle industry. Stoneridge was founded by D.M. Draime in 1965 and is headquartered in Warren, OH.
