The Pharmaceutical Packaging Systems segment consist of the following product lines which include elastomeric stoppers, discs, elastomeric plungers, needle shields, pharmaceutical containers, closures, dispensers, disposable medical components and laboratory and other services. The Delivery Systems segment develops, manufactures and sells and administration systems, multi-component systems for drug administration, and customer contract-manufacturing solutions to the healthcare and consumer-products industries. The company was founded on July 27, 1923 and is headquartered in Exton, PA.
